A New Year’s Greeting

As in every corner of the homeland,
in this trench of duty
we will celebrate with much revolutionary joy
one more year of the invincible
Socialist revolution.
This First of January is an ideal date
to reiterate that, as with
every dignified Cuban, we will never fail
Fidel and the glory
that he has lived, who will eternally
defend our heroic people.
Long live the Revolution!
Long live Fidel!
Ever onward to victory!

Un Saludo del Año Nuevo

Como en cada rincón de la patria,
en esta trinchera del deber,
celebraremos con elevado júbilo
revolucionario un año más de
Revolución Socialista invencible.
Este Primero de Enero es fecha
ideal para reiterarles que, como
cada cubano digno, jamás le
fallaremos a Fidel y a la gloria
que se ha vivido y que eternamente
defenderá nuestro pueblo heróico.
